Make sure you enable White Noise and Enable your Filter. Carry out the following adjustments to mirror the picture below.
Make the following changes to both Oscillators, increase Unison to 2, and detune the sound.
We are going to click on the FX tab. Turn on Hyper Dimension, Distortion, Chorus, Delay, and make the following adjustments. These changes will give you a wider sound.
We are going to add Reverb, Filter, and just follow the changes in the picture.

How to make a Metro Boomin Bass Preset Bank using Serum.
Make sure to load a clean slate preset. We will start to work on Oscillator A, increase Unison to 14, adjust Detune and Bend.
Now make changes to Oscillator B, increase Unison to 9, adjust Detune and Bend.
Turn on the Filter, Oscillator A, Oscillator B, change Cutoff, and Res knobs.
Next, you will want to make the following adjustments in Envelope 1.
Click on FX tab, enable Hyper/Dimension, Compressor, and Filter. I have highlighted the knobs you will need to adjust.
Once you have completed all the steps, you can add some reverb to give your bass a bigger sound.

Create your own Metro Boomin Arp Preset Bank using Sylenth. Sylenth will load in just about any DAW, so let us get started.
First, we want to go to Menu > Init Preset. You will start off with a clean slate for creating our Metro Boomin Preset.
Enable ARP mode, adjust the time to 1/64D, and Click on MODE. Next select STEP, Octave: 4, and Wrap: 1, The Transpose section should read as follow: 0, +7, +12, and Adjust your release to 4.22.
